About ACT

ACT has been a leading social-service provider for over 40 years. With four unique programs, we support individuals with disabilities as they become full and valued members of the community by accessing opportunities available to all citizens.

ACT’s vision is an inclusive community where everyone belongs, participates, and is valued.

ACT’s Community and Family Services (formally In-Home Services) support individuals with disabilities to participate, engage, and integrate into the community and fosters relationships by providing creative, flexible, and supportive services and resources.

Our program provides opportunities for youth to engage with peers while participating in activities that encourage friendship building, community engagement, access and essential support.

We provide OPPORTUNITIES for INCLUSION and ENGAGEMENT that support our vision of ONE COMMUNITY for all citizens.

ONE Youth. ONE Activity. ONE Relationship at a time.
